美国 FCC FCC 是美国联邦通信委员会（ Federal Communication Commission ）的缩写，成立于 1934 年，它主要对无线电、通信等进行管理与控制，属政府机构，有执法权。它与政府、企业合作制定 FCC 法规、标准。 FCC 认证是美国 EMC 强制性认证 , 主要针对 9K-3000GHZ 的电子电器产品，内容涉及无线电、通信等各方面，特别是无线通信设备和系统的无线电干扰问题，包括无线电干扰限值与测量方法，以及认证体系与组织管理制度等。 受 FCC 管制的产品，例如：个人电脑、 CD 播放机、复印机、收音机、传真机、视频游戏机、电子玩具、电视机及微波炉等产品。这些产品按用途被划分为 CLASS A 、 CLASS B 两大类， A 类为用于商务或工业用途的产品， B 类为用于家庭用途的产品， FCC 对 B 类产品法规要求更严格 , 限值低与 A 类。 认证方式 1 、 Verification ：制造商或进口商确保其产品进行了必要的检测，以确认产品符合相关的技术标准并保留检测报告。 测试场地需要ＦＣＣ ＬＩＳＴＥＥ．所有经过认可的场地都公布在官方网上。 2 、 DOC ：设备负责方（一般为制造商或进口商）在 FCC 指定的合格检测机构对产品进行测试，以确保设备符合相关的技术标准并保留检测报告。 这是目前使用最广泛，最常见的方式。涉及产品较多。 出证机构必须有ＮＶＬＡＰ／Ａ２ＬＡ的授权．（所有经过授权的实验室都可在网上查询．） 3 、 CERTIFICATION ： TCB 对申请者提交的样品（或照片）及检测数据进行审核，如果符合 FCC 规则，则给设备授权一个 FCC ID 号码。适用于认证的设备包括各类短距离，低功率发射器，无绳电话、蓝牙设备， WLAN 设备 等。 如果某设备适用于两种或三种认可种类，则由负责方选择。 具体产品认证方式 TV broadcast receiver....................................
